BKG offers “Relief from Censure Persecutions”

The following is from an email.

Dear Sriman Mahananda Prabhu

Please accept my humble obeisances.

When I was last in India I left my Vodafone SIM card with you for your use until I returned.

Further use of this card could violate the spirit of the International Acharya Board’s resolution which bans all sorts of electronic interaction with my humble self.

As I am always your well-wisher, I am acting to protect you from potential retribution from the IAB by asking you to destroy this SIM card.

If it is in the possession of someone else, please retrieve it as soon as possible and destroy it, lest some other innocent person be similarly targeted for violation of the IAB’s Censure mandate.

Realizing that your mere receipt of this email communiqué might, in and of itself, be construed as a violation of said Censure, I hereby give you my assurance that I will be happy to offer my sworn testimony to the IAB Pyaterka*, via notarized affidavit, that I am solely responsible for this transmittal and that you did nothing to initiate such contact with me.

For legal reasons it is also important that I know the SIM card has been destroyed, as I can no longer control its use. If you cannot communicate this to me directly, please do so through a responsible agent of your choosing.

I pray this finds you well in all respects.

Sincerely yours,

Giri Maharaja

Trunk distribution

The following is from an email.

Dear Srimati Divya Shakti devi,

Please accept my humble obeisances.

It just occurred to me that I left a trunk with many useful items in the Navadwipa Math and also at the Vrndavan Math.

I intended to mention this earlier but lost track of it. I hope this finds you in India. If not, please forward this email to Srimati Vishakha devi.

If those items have not already been disposed of, please utilize them for your seva there or distribute them to some devotee(s) in need of them. Srimati Vishakha devi always showed great kindness to me and I would be especially happy if she found anything useful to her.

A copy of this email has been sent to Sriman Mahananda Prabhu so he may know directly of my intention.

I pray this finds you well in health and spirits.

Affectionately,

Giri Maharaja
