Giri Maharaja’s Real “Strategy” Exposed

BKG_Tank_RU

On his FaceBook wall Sriman Jayanta Krishna posted a link to my blog “Response to disaffected devotees of Sri Chaitanya Saraswat Math.” Sriman Deva Dyuti offered a comment intended to expose the underlying diabolical intent of my preaching “strategy”.

Afterwards he reaffirmed and extended his remarks to include his obvious contempt for the disaffected (“disinfected”) devotees of SCSM:

“In that case I stand with my first comment… seems everyone in the will is criticised by you guys… good luck with being superior… to everyone… and the gathering of the mouldy and disinfected.”

I would challenge the implications and veracity of these afterwords but time permits me to offer only this supplication on behalf of myself and Read More...

“I’ve considered you as one of self-less devotees who are willing to take sufferings in sacrifice for Krishna consciousness.” — email to BKG, December 31, 2013.

Response to disaffected devotees of Sri Chaitanya Saraswat Math.

BKG folded hands

Dear Srimati ____________ Devi,

Please accept my well-wishes in remembrance of our Divine Master.

It is very unhappy for me to hear you no longer visit SCS Math in Russia. I think there are many like you, which is one reason for my visit.

Since Srila Gurudeva’s disappearance the leaders began to follow a different idea than the one instructed by Srila Govinda Maharaja. This has led to many disappointments for myself and many others.

I do not know all the reasons for your decision to stay away from SCSM, but I can say that Sripada Avadhuta Maharaja has done many wrong things and continues to do so. During the time of Srila Govinda Maharaja, devotees serving under the direction of Avadhuta Maharaja could know that all the problems would be corrected directly by Srila Gurudeva.

“The Clowns” Post Demystified

6acharyas.jpg

The six initiating acharyas of SCSM as appointed by Srila Gurudeva:

“The problem is, the devotees, the public, everyone, is seeing the Navadwipa Math website which is now publishing so much nonsense which makes them (and by association, us) look foolish…”

By comparing and contrasting my “Clowns Post” with recent blog posts of BSG, I think disciples and followers of Srila Govinda Maharaja will gain some valuable perspective that I anticipate will move my post from one that has been looming large in the distance as a gigantic mountain of foreboding to something more akin to a molehill.

I strongly urge the disciples of Sripada Acharya Maharaja and his fellow acharyas to READ NO FURTHER.

“Srila Guru Maharaj is always with us, watching us, and taking care of us.”

Do not be disheartened by the inevitable controversies, it is a necessary process.

Now we are sitting to find dissatisfaction in the existing administration. It is a process. And through this process, perhaps something will come out. We can’t avoid this, this is a necessary process. So, after Bhakti Siddhanta Saraswati Thakura, that was also so.  Through our complaint, our dissatisfaction, so many things came, and it was propagated and preached, in particular way. And that is the final reading of things.

That in the ultimate, ultimate decision is in His hand. And what is happening, that is all right, that is all all right. Still, according to our own realization we shall strain, don’t do this, but when done, that may be accepted, by the will of Krishna.

Praying at the lotus feet of Sri Rupa and Sri Raghunatha, always desiring their mercy, I, Krsnadasa, narrate Sri Caitanya-caritamrta, following in their footsteps.

Instructions from this Chapter

Summarizing this chapter, Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Thakura says that one should derive from it the following lessons. (1) Although Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, is an incarnation of mercy, He nevertheless gave up the company of one of His personal associates, namely Junior Haridasa, for if He had not done so, pseudo devotees would have taken advantage of Junior Haridasa’s fault by using it as an excuse to live as devotees and at the same time have illicit sexual connections. Dandavats Sriman Gokulananda Prabhu,

I’ve still only seen the distorted picture and title. (And I was excommunicated for saying that my seeing the IAB reminded me of a group of clowns. A statement I immediately removed.)

Oh well, “No justice, no peace.” Or is it, “No peace, no justice.”?

I am looking for peace with no justice. To be comfortable in the knowledge that justice can never give peace. Peace only comes when we have fully accepted Krishna as our protector.

I’m glad I decided not to use the picture distortion technique. It seems cheap and trite to me. It is easy enough to fall into cheap and trite, using words alone.

“The opinion of Srila Govinda Maharaja is not supreme.”?

SGM_SSM3

This morning I was re-reading an email sent to me by a reader commenting on my article “To Err is Human …”

His eloquently stated opinions are worthy of reconsideration.

At the time, his comments were predominantly supportive of my positions on matters that continue to shout for our attention.

Now the email he wrote to me is almost two years old. I realize he may see things differently now. He may no longer be so inclined to support my opinions; or he may. I do not know.

What he has written may also be read by some who will conclude it is one more piece of evidence that I am an “acharya” possessed of some harmful misconceptions in need of an immediate exorcism.

One of his statements I find to be particularly intriguing and, transposing it into a question, have offered it Read More...

“I must prove I am good.”

sgm-bkg1

I am thinking “I am fallen soul. I am conditioned soul. Everything you can say, about me, and I shall accept it.” But now accepting is very difficulty. Now accepting I am very bad, I cannot say. And then all Mission will be massacre, and I cannot say [that] now. I must prove I am good.

Sripada Avadhuta Maharaja recently wrote to me about “Acharya-abhiman”. What Srila Govinda Maharaja is saying above is one example of acharya-abhiman, the inspired side of a vaishnava.

It is not the nature of a Vaishnava to promote himself, defend himself or attempt to convince others of his “goodness.” But Srila Govinda Maharaja crossed over this standard behavior in order to serve Srila Sridhara Maharaja. He recognized that his service required him to step outside Read More...
