Блоги Госвами – «испарились»

(English Version)

“My Auspicious Friends, the Offenders” – A Letter to Prapanna das

From: BK Giri
Subject: My Auspicious Friends, the Offenders.
Date: December 16, 2013
To: Prapanna das

My dandavats to you Sriman Prapanna Prabhu,

I have a few friends that are very straight and simple hearted devotees. They are not duplicitous, as they have no self-interest, only interest in the truth, serving guru, vaishnava and so forth. When I associate with them I feel purified by their association. I feel that way with you. It is very auspicious for me.

I am happy to hear you like the term “innocent daughter.” It expresses the point clearly. As you said, “he took advantage of her innocence and inexperience.” Yes, that is the truth and there is value in knowing that.

The whole Kuru dynasty was destroyed because they dared to try and exploit the innocent beauty of Srimati Draupadi Read More...

To Whom Should Acharya Maharaja be Apologizing?

BKG St. Pete

(Updated on 12/17/13 to include Sripada Acharya Maharaja’s apologies letter of 12/9/13.)

I recently posted an entry on my Facebook Wall. The below is from the comments section of that entry. The date of the comments is Dec. 15, 2013. The entry is titled: Avadhuta Maharaja explains BSG’s attack on Acharya Maharaja.

Prapanna Das
I think it is fair to say sorry even S.Giri M. and all the people who caused damage personally!

Giri Maharaja
As part of an upcoming article commenting on the [apology] letter of Acharya Maharaja you posted just above, I wrote this to Acharya Maharaja:

“If anyone is deserving of your apology, it is not BSG, it is Srila Gurudeva and the devotees he asked to look to you for guidance, who you so severely disappointed when you abandoned your guru’s Read More...

“Airing our dirty laundry”

Sriman Sudha Krishna, using the comments section of my Facebook wall, which I provide as a public forum to discuss matters of interest to the community of devotees, strongly objects to my editorial decisions regarding this website.

For those interested to see the full discussion, you may do so via the Facebook wall of “Giri Maharaja”.

A portion of the discussion is presented below.

Steve Howard, aka Prabhu Sudha Krishna,

First you chastised me writing; “Airing our dirty laundry in public is not the mood of our Guru Varga. You know better.”

You followed that with another scolding; “You are sanyasi and leader, maharaja. Lead by example.”

Then you wrote you are happy you got to see the “dirty laundry”: “I am glad I got to read that letter that the Vaporizer [BSG] wrote to Acarya Maharaja because it allowed Read More...

“Clear conception. We are not envious. And we are not rule breaker. “

(The following is from a recent email.)

Dear Sriman Jayanta Krishna,

Please accept my humble obeisances.

I was so happy to see your name among the emails in my Inbox.

I haven’t heard from you in a long time but think of you often.

I am a little exhausted now from preparing a blog I just posted The Goswami Blogs — “vaporized.”

In this post I have made available some of BSG’s “hidden treasures”, including the one’s you mention in your email below.

I am not privy to all the goings on there in India but get some idea from a few friends what must be happening.

I know you want what is best for the service of Srila Govinda Maharaja. I have never doubted that.

For the most part you and I agree on what course to take.

I cannot explain fully my reasons just now,

Avadhuta Maharaja explains BSG’s attack on Acharya Maharaja.

Sripada Avadhuta Maharaja’s allegiance to BSG has been clear for a long time. For his part, BSG, since his joining Sri Chaitanya Saraswat Math in January of 2000, has done very well by the largess Avadhuta Maharaja (“BBA”) has bestowed upon him.

In his blog “For My Disciples” (10/22/13) BSG writes about the implications of living off the work of others:

If someone wants to preach independently, I have no objection, but not as a parasite of the preaching of Avadhut Maharaja and his dedicated followers. To criticize him and then suck his blood is hypocrisy.

The charges were directed to Sripada Bharati Maharaja. But his income is not received from the hand of Avadhuta Maharaja. And Bharati Maharaja is serving in Russia as a rtvik for Sripada Acharya Maharaja. How Read More...

The Goswami Blogs — “Vaporized”

(Читать по-русски)

Introduction by Srila Giri Maharaja

Two blogs recently posted by Sripada Bhakti Sudhira Goswami Maharaja (“BSG”) have aroused considerable discussion among devotees sincerely attempting to follow in the line of His Divine Grace Srila Bhakti Sundara Govinda Deva Goswami Maharaja.

In order that facts may displace rumors, and so that the critical points to be considered may be viewed with common reference points, I have decided to present those blogs here.

As a third point of reference I am also adding a much older blog of BSG, “The Acharya Board of Srila Gurudeva” dated August 2, 2011.

Finally, anticipating that it may also soon disappear, I am posting a fourth blog “For My Disciples | Bhakti Sudhir Goswami” dated October 22, 2013.

I will “defer”

Gokulananda updates, remodels and modernizes our website.

Sriman Navadwipa dasa Adhikari, one of my respected senior Godbrothers, who is responsible for the actual printing (press and pre-press work) of many of Srila Prabhupada’s and Srila Sridhara Maharaja’s books, has been expressing his hope for some time that we would revamp our website to bring it more up to date and current with newer designs and technology.

Concurrent with this request I have been urged by Sriman Gokulananda dasa Adhikari, the creator and maintainer of our SCSMG website since its inception, to do the same.

I am prone to blame others for my inadequacies and I take this opportunity to blame Prabhu Gokulananda for preventing me from accepting his long standing offer to convert our website to its current “blog” configuration. What was his fault? He developed Read More...

BKG folded hands

From: B.K. Giri

Email Dated: December 29, 2012

Dear Sriman Dayalu Dulal,

Please accept my humble obeisances.

It is very kind of you to write to me addressing the issues you mention in your email.

My first thought while reading it was, “Devotees are so beautiful, humble, thoughtful and kind.” You did nothing to offend me, yet you were still concerned that you might have. That is a very rare quality in this world and you are blessed to possess it.

Srila Govinda Maharaja was speaking one time about our Srila Prabhupada and glorifying him for his humility. Although his Godbrothers abused him and mistreated him constantly, Srila Prabhupada always tolerated it without making any objection. Not only that, he always tried to help them with their preaching, collecting and other programs, Read More...

Ukraine Protests

My dandavats Prabhu Uddharan.

There is a lot of disturbance in Kiev presently so maybe this has some negative affect on the devotees?

They should not be affected to any substantial degree.

Usually these things are very localized; city hall, government buildings, etc. Agitators collect around government symbols to show their opposition. We have a president whose only real work history was creating such agitation, so we have some experience in viewing how these things are done.

We are witnesses, onlookers, to these events but we have little to do with them.

I suggested the devotees in Kiev do Hari Nama Sankirtana where these protests are occurring. We can also use symbols. The symbolism of government Read More...
